I wasn't sure where to put it. So feel free to move it to the appropriate section. On to topic. Let's face it, anger is ugly. Angry people are a pain in a butt to be around. Anger causes nothing but destruction, there is nothing good about it, full stop! No, don't try to rationalize it. It is ugly period! So how to manage anger when it manifests itself? What to do to spot, isolate and contain anger? How to prevent anger from moving thru its phases: latent, manifestation transgression? What to do to eliminate anger from arising? How do you deal with it? Your personal insights may help others, so share abundantly! :thumb001:

Take a deep breathe
Coolly analyze what you are going to do. Whether it'll have any benefit or not? And 99% anger does not have any positive outcome.
Soak your head in icy water like a boss!, that will help in reduction of hot headedness.
