Me, I think the structure of multipolar world is over before it started. I am convinced and hope and pray for The Big Collapse and the coming of Dark-Age. The whole world will go back to as it should be. And everybody will live happily ever after.

I notice us and the other Anglos are always placed together. Quite interesting that the author doesn't think the UK will run off with Europe.
The links with Europe and the Anglosphere are both close though, if anything I'd draw the lines overlapping in Britain and that's probably the best thing for us. I think relations with the rest of the Anglosphere will continue to remain important for the next few decades at least.
There's a common language and culture between us as well as political, economical and military links. It's hard to break all that.

I think though the Anglo world is just a subset of the greater European civilisation and orbit.
