Can you explain the Borreby feature ?

He had a nose job when he was younger. When he was younger he had a large hooked nose and a smaller nose makes his features seem more robust. He's mostly gracile med but bulked up heavily with muscle. I read he's partly Scottish which probably explains why he has an interest in Celtic/Gaelic lore despite being mostly Italian. I have to admit I was a fan when I was a kid and also loved the original Misfits. I remember when I was 10 or 11 he was a big deal.
