they have to look like male and female versions of one same being.
Plus they have to think on a similar level and direction.

I dont know if they need to look like the same person, i mean that would be only possible with twins. Also do you think my "Soulmate" needs to be fat like me?

I think she needs to have your propensity for gaining weights. Not necessarily your weight.
