Vučarenje is an old Serbian tradition from Dalmatia and Lika. After people of some village kill a wolf, they skinn it and stuff it with straw and take it from village to village expecting some gifts from the hosts. Vucari(ones who killed the wolf) often sing and dance during this custom.

That is from Glamoč. Costumes on video are little different than Dalmatian hinterland one and landscape is different.
Probably Glamočani also carry Vučari tradition, or they just play Vučari dance from Kninska Krajina as KUD.

Serbs from SW Bosnia and Dalmatia are relared with migrations from one side Dinara on the other for centuries, they have a tons of same surnames, similar or same dances and customs.
For example Vrlika and Glamoč kolo are almost identical, both are "gluva" kola (without music) with strong kicking the floor.

Does anyone have a good explanation as to why folk dancing traditions in the Anglophone world have declined so severely in the modern era? It has always been something I lamented.
