Well, I think she could be Jewish, Turkish, Lebanese etc.

First picture: looks basic Italian Gracile Med.

Second picture: might be mistaken for Mexican. Not because of Amerindian features (she doesn't have), but the combination of Med phenotype + tanning that makes many Southern Euros/Mediterranids look "latino(a)".

Third picture: doesn't look white/Italian at all. Even her eye shape is diferent. Would stand out in any Southern Euro country.
