Feather bonnet is a type of military headdress used mainly by the Scottish Highland infantry regiments of the British Army from about 1763 until the outbreak of World War I. It is now mostly worn by pipers and drummers in various bands throughout the world. It is also worn in a similar fashion by regiments in various Commonwealth armies.

No one wears them anymore. More recent is the fact that working class men wore a flat cap or beret and the gentlemen a (top) hat.

But the Beret has become kinda like an almost-national hat. It's common among old men (my grandfather wore one for 20 years).

National Catalan hat: the barretina
A barretina (Catalan pronunciation: , diminutive of barret "cap") is a traditional hat that was frequently worn by men in parts of Christian cultures of the Mediterranean sea such as the Catalan (Catalonia, the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands) and in areas of former Catalan influence (Provence, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, part of Naples and part of the Balkans).
In Catalonia and Ibiza, men wore barretina until the 19th century, especially in rural areas. It is in the form of a bag, made of wool, usually red, or sometimes purple. Today, the barretina is no longer commonly worn in everyday life, but is still used in traditional dances, or as a symbol of Catalan identity. Salvador Dalí re-popularized the barretina in the first half of the 20th century. Many Catalan folkloric characters or iconic figures also wear a barretina.
[B]In Popular Culture
Moments before the 2010 FIFA World Cup Final between Spain and the Netherlands, pitch invader Jimmy Jump rushed onto the field and attempted to place a barretina on the World Cup trophy before being apprehended by several security guards.

Today we have not any typical pan-Czech hat or cap but Czech patriots worn in 19th century a cap with furry rim called poděbradka

During WWI was poděbradka worn by cavalrists of Czechoslovak Legion in Russia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czechoslovak_Legion#Legion_in_Russia)

I just remember a cap named zmijovka
https://www.kulichy.cz/inshop/catalogue/products/pictures/zmijovka-tmav%C4%9B-hn%C4%9Bd%C3%A1.jpg
One was very popular in previous decades, but never was considerd as smt. like "Czech national cap" or something like a Czech pride - rather reverse.
In Czech commedies and scetches is used as a cap of Czech village "rednecks".
http://78.media.tumblr.com/db0c95b17a1c7da654e3528c286430c5/tumblr_inline_nvlnv3RCkD1tuzgze_400.gif
http://78.media.tumblr.com/91df02002a69d58ac42c008c6f546fc5/tumblr_nvlnx3HO9Q1uvfim9o5_400.gif
The name is originated from term zmije - European viper (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vipera_berus), because its zig-zag line.
The cap was originaly produced by FEZKO factory at Strakonice (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strakonice), the factory was swallowed by another Czech hat company, named TONAK from Nový Jičín (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nov%C3%BD_Ji%C4%8D%C3%ADn).
Nevertheless, zmijovka is produced at Strakonice (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strakonice), until today.
