He looks somewhat Hungarian to me. What would you classify him as? Pontid? Gábor Vona looks similar around the eye region especially.

You look more Finno-Ugric than this guy does. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy has Tatar ancestry. His father was an Orthodox priest though so I doubt he is a Muslim or something. He could be a Balticized pseudo-Turanid influenced Pontid who has a pseudo-Mongoloid due to his coloring. :D

Well, like I said I have seen a few Hungarians with a similar look. These Magyars probably had a sizable amount of Cuman ancestry however.

This look is not very common but you can find it in different parts of Russia and Ukraine. I'm not sure if its Turanid actually. It could be Lappoid component with darker pigmentation from Pontid. I bet he is tall and has very robust physique, kind of a wide and thick bones.
