He looks like a typical Albanian, imo. I wouldn't guess him for any other than Albanian.

I'm maternally related to him through a common ancestor from
the early 20th century (around 1900 I suppose?) & I guarantee
you that he has no foreign Caucasian or either gipsy descent.

Could be Greek or Turkish, too. Near Eastern mix of Alpine/CM/Med that dates back to Neolithic settlers. Not Gypsy! He's quite good looking...
