Primarily with a laptop, sometimes with my iphone. The iphone is more difficult with which to navigate.

PC (desktop) of course, you have a much bigger monitor.

At home I have my stationary computer or school laptop - the very best ways for me to browse the virtual land of kittens. Everywhere else, however, the iPad Mini I recently got is surprisingly convenient. I can't imagine the small screen of the iPhone or the really big screen of the iPad to allow very fast surfing though. The Mini feels optimal on-the-go.
