I picked greece.
Just cuz Spain is next to France doesn't mean they would fit in southern france best. I only see a couple of them looking somewhat French, on a whole not really.

There facial features are not like Greeks. I think you are going by pigmentation. I think their facial features are western and southern France seems like a good fit. There are dark pigmented southern French too.

I don't think their facial features have the eastern influence you see in Greek faces.

They don't look southern Italian either.

Nope. I think the people saying Greece and Italy are maybe going on pigmentation more than facial features. But maybe they are unfamiliar with the south of France, because there are certainly people in the south of France that have dark pigmentation and their facial features are more in line with these Iberians. I guess some people see pigmentation first, but facial features count more. Someone sent me a pic of a light complected Indian and the coloring could pass as Canarian, but not the facial features. Facial features mean a lot.

Yes I agree entirely. They look like southern French to me above all, and then to darker Brits, northern and central Italians and to marginal degree, Sardinian.

However I do maintain that some coastal southern Spaniards look more classically Italian and Greek. :)

I can completely agree with that. But concerning coastal southern Spaniards that would look more classically Italian or Greek it would be in the east, but I don't even think most in the east do. Iberians as a whole exhibit western features.

I often find that certain groups of Italians and Greeks look more western than others: for Italy it'd be the northwest and western coast down to Lazio, plus Sardinia, where people look very Western European, and for Greece it's parts of the Peloponnese, the Ionian islands, and Crete.

On the other hand for Italy, Venetians and the people on the Adriatic coast, as well as far southerners, strike me as distinct from Iberians and especially from the Portuguese.

But as a whole?

France. And I think Spaniards look more southern French than Portuguese to be honest.
