I think, he has some Uralid (Lappoid) influence: for example, his nose look like Uralic.

Problem is there's really no photos of "Mak" (his nickname), since he died in 1971.

Maybe a Turanid + East Alpinid (or East Baltid) mix. If he were finnish I would have spoken about lappoid influences...

Also, some Hungarians can have uralid influences. What is his nationality? He is a Bosniak?

Yep, Bosniak. His last name is Turkish though if I'm not mistaken.

Apparently he has Islamized Montenegrin ancestry.
