He is darkish blond.
They can be dark haired too
Just not dark eyed. (though, in even rare cases, that is possible)

Well okay I was wrong. Yes, he had very blond hair when he was younger. I am not sure if he is Arctic Nordid but I guess East would suffice. :D

I used the term Lappoid mostly because i lacked a better term...

But his eyes definitely give a Turkic/Mongoloid vibe. Well not just the eyes... pigmentation and a few other things as well. Very far from being an East Nordid, much less North-Pontid.

He's got some churkoid influences but he looks predominantly european and russian to me. It could've been worse ...
