Looks absolutely beautiful. Seems very secluded and peaceful. And with your own boathouse. Fishing galore. ;)

No, we have enough immigrants.

But because it is you, we might make an exception.
That is close to where I come from :P

Now let's see, I just need to come up with $400,000, find a job, immigrate, learn Swedish, meet all new people, deal with the move itself......Just seems like an unreachable dream.

Varg: You would be honored to have Thorum, the Euromutt, as your neighbor, no? ;)

(I do have forefathers [Rambo] from Gothenburg in the late 1500's who came to New Sweden. "Peter Gunnarsson (http://www.colonialswedes.org/forefathers/rambo.html) chose the distinctive surname of Rambo from his place of origin, Hisingen, the northwestern section of Gothenburg, which is dominated by Ramberget (meaning, raven's mountain) with its enchanting view of the Gothenburg harbor.")

For a bit more than half that price you get a good farm on a lake.
Google "Hemnet”. Not that you are automatically welcome in paradise. You might be welcomed for a price. Maybe.

Tack Jamt. I am sorry to be thick but what do you mean exactly? I have been to Sweden and found the people I met to be very friendly...Did I misunderstand you? :)

Thorum. You might be welcome to paradise. Being American and the fact that Americans are well liked in Sweden, you have a lot talking for you.

Tack!!

Having met many Swedes and a member of many Swedish organizations here in the States, I have found the biggest difference between me and the Swedes I met is they (Swedes) are more reserved. Not as open, at first. In fact, they can be very suspicious if you (me) open up too quickly. Even just being too friendly can make them think you are a bit "off". :p

My visit to Sweden (2004) really felt like I was home after being gone too long...:thumbs up
