They are tanned, I don't think that their skin colour is natural... and the picture is too dark.
They could be Greek or South Italians...

I'd say southern Italy. The one on the left reminds me just a tiny bit of Federico Castelluccio, or Fuuuuurio. Now I want to watch The Sopranos. Applesauce.

Three of you got it so I'll say it.. they are Italian, and from the south. I thought people would think Balkan though.. the one on the right at least looks very Balkan.

The guy on the right is more Dinaromorphic and could pass in Southern Serbia/Macedonia/Bulgaria/Greece/Albania.

The guy on the left looks pseudo-Iranid. I've known a few Iranians who looked like that.
