The American Healthcare system cannot hold a candle to the European concept of Universal Health care.

However, culturally speaking, both cities are similar. If forced to choose, I cannot without having had the opportunity to spend time in Stockholm.

Sweden is place for a more relaxed lifestyle. I think if you're wealthy and upper middle class you're better off in San Franchisco.
