We simply don't know, she was adopted from a unknown background. The family have a suspicions that she was either Italian or Spanish.

Yes, she was aware of it. She was adopted into a very rich family that had 12 kids already.

My sister inherited my grand mothers voice, she sings wonderfully and is very musically gifted. I inherited my family athletic genes.

Well I was never pure Croatian to start with. If my grand mother was Italian it would just add to the colorful tapestry that is my family history but alas we will never know since even she did not know where she was born.
