I did play sometimes in...1997? I never saw some of the people played with again. Also i used to borrow the cards so that i could play, so i don't have any.

That's cool. I started playing it a year after, in 1998. Back then I used to use all cards from Urza's saga and Invasion.
Now I'm playing with an aggro tribal vampire deck that is very fast!
The arrangement of my deck (wich is legal in Modern) is:
Lands (24): 14 Swamps, 6 Mountains, 4 Akoum Refuge
Creature spells (20): 4 Pulse Trackers, 4 Gatekeeper of Malakir, 4 Nighthawk Vampire, 4 Captain Stromkirk, 2 Captivating Vampire, 2 Bloodline keeper/Lord of Linage (double faced card)
Other spells (16): 2 Go for the Throat, 2 Victim of Night, 3 Feast of Blood, 4 Lightning Bolt, 1 Blood Tribute, 1 Blood Tithe, 1 Sing in Blood, 1 Chandra Nalaar, 1 Sorin Markov

It's a fast deck, but not as fast as a Goblin deck yet.
