Does anyone know of any populations who have had admixture from the outside?

For example is it true that there is heavy Finnic admixture among Russians?

Admixture is basically mixing of two populations?

So would you call this sentence wrong?:

The term Moors has referred to several historic and modern populations of Berber, Black African and Arab descent from Northern Africa, who came to conquer, occupy and rule the Iberian Peninsula for nearly 800 years.

There are no pure ethnicies or races in Europe. All major European groups have some degree of west asian and/or siberian admix.

I see. So are there any examples of ethnic groups having a completely different phenotype today from the one they originally had due to admixture?

I think Estonians have changed a lot after contact with Germans, Balts and Russians. I was told by some who study archeology that Estonians used to look quite different.

Very interesting. Is it true Krygz were once Indo-European? Same as Uyghurs but now are a vast mix?

Yes it's wrong or not totally correct. For one they forgot about Slavic slaves, and also the 800 year mark is only true for the town of Granada, who was the last bastion of the Moors.
