A Bulgarian company is willing to buy Skopje-based chemical giant OHIS, writes Macedonian Vecer daily.
The newspaper remarks that the Bulgarians are the only one to file an offer at the Macedonian Ministry of Economy for the acquisition of 76% of OHIS’ shares.
The ministry did not reveal the name of the company but said that it meets all the tender criteria.
