Freckles?

Hi,

I was wondering, are Freckles exclusively a white race feature? i have found some african-americans with lighter skin and freckles, but i think is more because their small amount of european blood (as opposed to sub-saharian population).

Any though?

I know some mixed race people with freckles (some Dominicans, Cape Verdeans etc).
