Filled paprikas, lamb, there is a ton of poatoes.
Each year is the same, I lust for baklava, eat it and I remember I hate it :D

Biriyani can be made with Chicken, Beef, Mutton, Prawns, Vegetables and even Pork, I've heard. The recipies also vary depending on the region of India. IMO the Biriyani made by my ethnic group is the best.
