Welshizens.

How about this for a new term for foreigners who are born in Wales of a Welsh parent and a non-Welsh parent?

It stems from two words.

1) Wealisc: 'foreigner' or 'slave' in Old English.

2) Citizen: A person that is a legally recognized as a member of a state, with associated rights and obligations

Examples:

Shirley Bassey: Welshizen.

Tom Jones: Welshman (Just.;))
