Dutch meant German originally.
And specially no need to distinguish by DNA between Dutches and Germans.
Anyhow, according to Hitler's Aryan theory,
Aryans were originated from west Russia and spread into Greece, Italy, Iberian peninsula and Scandinavia Germany, Britian.
But never went to the Baltic region.
Due to that, Russians are just Baltic people originally.

Edita Vilkevičiūtė is a textbook gracilized Balto-CM. She may be gracilized by Alpine or Gracil-Med admixture. The darker hair have comen from the Alpine or Med root surely, as the Balto-CMs use to have a very light hair. The elongated body have comen from the Med admixture too. But the on the face are dominated the CM traits absolutely. Only on the mouth there are some Uralid. Interestingly the high-fashion industry always forced females with that prominent Uralid duck-mouth, but I don't know why. Many models have it too.

Baltic - her foundation,Baltic predominantly in her, which makes her look more east,but i can't see in her East Nordic influences,and her Nordic side look more western for me,so I gave this classification.
