The American actress Milla Jovovich who is of Serbian and Russian was born in Ukraine is West-Baltid + Ponto-Alpinized Dinarid.
They are in different meta-ethnicities, but their Alpine and Dinaric sub-race is can be same.
So why they look similar each other.
Milla's father is Southern-Slavic, Serbian, so must be a Dinarid person I guess. That regions, Italian Peninsula and Yugoslavian region is the home of Dinarids. (Though Italians are Romanic and Yugoslavians are Slavic, the sub-racial Dinarid is same.)

But he does look Etruscan. Population movement during Roman period leveled old ethnic distinctions, hence Baggio looking typical trans-Italian but still Etruscan. Claudia Gerini, Sophia Loren, Sabrina Ferilli, coming from all sides of Italy, share variations of Etruscan phenotype even though they were born outside Tuscany.
