well, the parlament elections in Montenegro are next weekend. pro-serbian coalition is likely to form a goverment. so, when Serbia decides to send its troops to Kosovo, it will be probably helped by Montenegrin army and volonteirs.

People in these Outlands have all the rights to protest against bad economical treatment of the state, just like any other municipality in Serbia. There are Serbian municipalities in much worse condition, like Crna Trava, etc. Therefore, I support that kind of protest.

But the claim that Bulgarians are denied the right to educate their children on their mother tongue is just incorrect.
Now, if Bulgarian students decide to study in Belgrade University(and many do), there is a good chance that they'll stay there and get assimilated by time, but we can't do much about it, can we?
