So would you say it's likely he has some Negroid or Australoid ancestry? I really don't know how to explain his looks.
I can't tell for sure, probably not since he has fine, straight hair and blue eyes. Like others have said I think he's just a weird looking, extreme alpinid/borreby type mix. But maybe he could have some hidden negroid ancestry, who knows.
