Unmistakably Germanic: pred. Corded with Faelid influences as well as an agent that makes him unusually brunet.

I guess corded would explain the high forehead. I'm not sure his background is German though. I think he was only born there but both of his parents were American.

Probably he's an Anglo-American. Looks a lot like my father when he was young: quite standard Germanic looks with a strong Corded (Aryan) basis. Unusual isn't the dark hair (adult Corded individuals are usually dark haired) but the dark eyes (they should be blue). Also his skintone is quite dark. North Atlantid (Aryan altered by Iberian) would be a fair option...

in the first pic he looks like a slightly north atlanticized borreby.
Gotta love his forehead and pigmentation.

He definitely looks Germanic. His skin is actually really pale, that's probably just a fake tan. http://www.aceshowbiz.com/images/wennpic/daniel-tosh-hosts-a-treadmill-marathon-08.jpg

As for his classification I'm going to have to say Tronder. Although a bit darker than normal.
