I have maps showing slavic genetics in western Norway and people discussing it. It sounds really weird and it does not show in the rest of the nordics.
Please tell the probability of this.

You mean R1a i think.
Well the clade in Scandinavia is totally different compared to the one of Slavs.
what are you talking about? where did you see this? Western Norwegians have various ancestral ties that are probably linked to merchant activity as much as immigration from various countries, but Slavic speaking countries is not among those last time i checked..The only links i and my other relatives have to Slavic people is to Poland, but that is regional and not ethnic...

I agree. I think you mean R1a. Most people consider R1a-M458 (and its subclades, L1029 and L260) and some of the R1a-Z280 subclades as Slavic. I have seen an occasional "Slavic" marker in Sweden or Denmark (and Finland, if you wish to consider it).

I think West Norwegians are like the least "East European" of all Scandinavians, they have much stronger affinity with Scots, Irish and other NW European populations.
I have books on immigration history of Norway, I don't recall any mention there or other places of any Slavic ancestry. German, Dutch and British is on the other hand. Other than this west Norwegians have larger input of pre- Germanic genetics than as ex. East Norwegians.

What do you mean?
What do you mean?
- The original Scandinavian people that lived here before the Germanic migrations. A dark complexed people. They were more or less all absorbed except to a lesser extent in areas on the west coast.

I dont think i have heard anything like that before, i thought you were talking about Mesolithic remnants, but its not what you mean right? could you show me some data behind this claim?

All Scandinavians are less Slavicized that other Germanic people.

Austrians and East Germans have the strongest East European influence, but Swedes are genetically much more "eastern" than Dutch or West Germans though(though I don't think that have anything to do with Slavs, but rather mixing with Finnic peoples or due to Mesolithic ancestry)
Other than this west Norwegians have larger input of pre- Germanic genetics than as ex. East Norwegians.
Then how come most East Norwegians show stronger genetic affinity with Mesolithic hunter & gatherers than West Norwegians?
West Norwegians probably have more Mediterranean Neolithic ancestry than East Norwegians.
