Textbook Keltic-Nordid: Sloping forehead, long skull, mesochepalic, lips a little everted, convex and narrow nose. Of course there's something about his eyes, maybe some disease? Let's not make fun of it.

Pred.Keltic-nordid/Bell-seeker type with a slight armenoid like influence caused by individual variety(eyes)

Could an unnatural deformity be the cause, rather than "Armenoid" influences?

Looks like the eyes of someone with a severe thyroid malfunction or something drastic like that, I don't think his eyes were suppose to end up looking like that, and if he really is a native English man I doubt he has an "Armenoid" contribution.. I don't even think your typical "Armenoid" has eyes that bulge like that.. I feel bad for the guy, it looks extreme.

Naturally developed physical deformities are in the same category as plastic surgery as far as I'm concerned. I personally don't see how those eyes look natural. It's impossible to take his eyes into account, we cannot be sure that they're natural and healthy.

Could be also thyroid malfunction also, my bad.
But some armenoids examples have eyes like that, the big almond eyes, well, not that extreme but in that shape, exist.
