I don't see anything "extremely exotic" about her. She is just a large, unattractive woman.

He doesn't look Gypsy to me. Abruzzo may have a big gypsy community but are you sure is Matteo is one?

Di Matteo is from Abruzzo center Italy, but his look is similar to asians.

No offence, but Abruzzo has some of the most unattractive people in Europe. In other parts of Italy they're gorgeous. A land of great diversity.

I don't think she looks exotic at all, infact, she has a strongly Italian look :) I think she's predominantly Med, maybe with some Dinarid influences.
