He's Irish-American, so Keltic-Nordid?

North-Atlantid approaching Nordid proper. Basically "Nordoid". I wouldn't say Keltic-Nordid as he's seemingly dolichocephalic, and has no other signs of the Dinarid direction.

At least he's quite distinct from Coon's examples.
