Are you kidding me? You should know but then again you don't live in a country where there are over 40% ethnic and religious minorities like in Serbia. Nobody who is Orthodox wears crosses like that in Serbia or wedding bands on the left hand(catholic)

Georgians are Orthodox too. Still it's the first time I ever hear of divisions of the crosses. Lots of people here wear cross like the second one and they are Orthodox.

Greek orthodox people also wear this simple type of cross. It's just a matter of jewellery design. They usually wear a plain gold cross in a smaller size than this one in the photo.
I have yet to see someone wearing a "proper" orthodox cross... :P

Orthodox crosses are used in churches during masses. But all types of crosses are worn on the neck.

This is the most common kind of cross that Greeks are seen wearing around their necks:

http://www.1st-jewelrydesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/gold-cross-jewelry.jpg

Also some avant garde designs like these :p

This is more like a fashion item rather the proper religious code. I have yet to see a young woman wearing a "proper" ecclesiastical cross for ornamental purposes. :p

Not many girls in general wear necklaces in serbia...but ones that wear the cross will appear like:

That's true. Urban Greeks are really lazy Christians. Most don't know major Saints and Holidays and go to the church only for weddings and christenings (and then this is an excuse to dress up for a social event, not a religious ceremony).

On the other hand, in some rural areas (and especially among older people) you have religious fanatics who follow the religious code to the last detail.
