Not really. North italian probably, but not easily in other parts.

Fisichella is from Rome, so I think he represents the average Italian, although he has no Dinarid influence at all

No no, he can't look more italian, imo....No matter his pigmentation (which is typical med), his eyes and especially his dinarid nose and pointy face is uber-italian....Typical med-dinarid.

3, 1 and 2 in this order.

IMO Del Piero is more Atlantomed than Dinaric. Make this test: would you ever see him in any Balkanic country? But he is Italian so I imagine that you can't escape it...
