A Greek would have to decide that, but to me she'd be more typical in Greece than Spain. She has large eyes, which is more of an East Med trait.

Absolutely not, and the browridge is anti-Atlantic (not very difined). Hard to say where is she from since the picture is taken upwards and that distorsionates his facial features a little (huge lips, huge nose, etc.) But if I had to chose i'd say Greece.
