They look mostly western, with a few with Levantine features. Not that much of a colour, it's obvious it's summer and they're tanned.

ok, sorry, when I say Sicily and south italy i mean Sicily,calabria, basilicata,salento (because my father is from salento and we have lived up to 16 years)

I'll reveal it. They are Sicilians.

They're not a typical group which is why I think people had trouble placing them, with some of them being able to be French/Spanish etc and the others Lebanese, but most do not look typical southern Italian as a group.

Yeah it's not a typical group. It looks like a group where some are Spanish and some Lebanese. In a typical group, you'd see fewer of both.
