Hard, because there is not one of these that I would guess central Italian and neither southern French.

Also the third lady looks like hundreds of mexican ladies I've seen in person. She looks a new world latina to me not someone of pure french or even Italian ancestry. Every time someone posts a random photo of a southern french person from some website I'm always skeptical because in southern France there's so much spanish, italian, north african, arabic, greek, portuguese and even gypsy influences in the DNA of the population. This lady looks like she's got some part non-european something I her for sure.

The third woman is French and her surname is "Imbert".

But having a french last name doesn't mean she's pure french.

You claim French ancestry so you never know what DNA you might have inherited then (probably not 100% Frankish or Gaulish, but also Spanish, Italian, North African, Arabic, Greek, Portuguese and even gypsy - as you say). As for the nationalities you quote above, Portuguese presence in France is quite recent (1960s afterwards) and not to the south of France. Most Portuguese folks who immigrated there have settled down in Paris and surroundings or in industrialized cities up in the northern half of France. As for the woman, indeed she looks somewhat J.Lo-ish (that is, Amerindian influenced), at least from the perspective the picture was taken. I wouldn't guess her as French nor fully ethnic European on a first try - more pictures would be needed to clarify.
