He looks like a Dinaric to me but he is obviously a mixed one with several different ethnic groups. I see some central European features on his face, like southern German, maybe Serbo-Croat but i also see slightly Caucasian/southern Russian features too.

He is so mixed to properly classify for me but mainly i would say, he is from Austria.
