A Jewess I think. Ruth is a common Jewish given name as well as the surname Goodman (many other surnames ending in -man or -mann were also given to Jews). She has that hooked nose and a very Semitic smile too.

funnily enough it's not the first time someone has made a witch remark about her. I seen someone on youtube say she looks like she should be flying around on a broomstick :) I personally don't think she's ugly or anything. looks alright to me.
