Given his very broad head, his head length would need to be crazily long for him not to be brachycephalic.

Cephalic index is the ratio between breadth and length, a person may be long-headed (in absolute terms) and still be brachycephalic. For example, this guy is brachy with a cephalic index of 84.2:
