Why do Albanians look more western than Serbs?

One thing that i have noticed is that Albanians on average look more western than Serbs, meaning that more Albanians than Serbs would fit in the atlantic fasade of Europe.

I'm sure nearly all of the Albanians in Italy speak Italian fluently. Arbereshe(Albanians) got plenty of communities in Sicily/South Italy, I dont know much of their relations with the ethnic Italians.
