I agree, people from northeastern Turkey remind me of Caucasians.
So i would say mtebid/caucasian type.

Yes, he looks like Caucasians indeed and there are a lot of people from Blacksea region like him. Some Turks in Blacksea region are definitely related with Caucasians, most likely Georgians. Same thing is valid for the so-called Pontian Greeks.
