Okay, I'll try. I think he's mostly North Atlantid, but altered by something else - maybe Borreby.

His surname is English, so that would be the Paternal side - but I'm not certain about the Maternal side - Kloeckler. German?

Somewhere in-between Atlantid & North-Atlantid. In the fifth and eighth pictures he looks just Atlantid, so maybe his lighter colouring is all that makes him look North-Atlantid.
