It sounds strange. Both are considered attractive features by the majority. I personally don't like too full lips, but a medium size is ideal (like Canalis). Thin lips aren't attractive at all on a woman, imo. And i tend to like broad cheekbones much (and high), like kinda diamond shape. But ok, these are just my tastes ;)

I don't know how this thread could have gone five pages without the fact that she's an ethnic Sicilian and was Miss Sicily prior to becoming Miss Italy even coming up once. Even Sardinia is being discussed, which has nothing at all to do with her. Funny.

Except for Rossi (obviously), Mariani and Marchetti, the set of most common Corsican patronyms (those registered at birth in the years 1966-1990) is remarkably different:

No, it's not. This should be very simple to understand: Sephardic Jews adopted Portuguese and Spanish surnames (Pinto, Perera/Pereira, etc.). German Jews adopted German surnames (such as Rosenberg, Glass, etc.) It would take you less than a few minutes to do this research yourself but you're incredibly lazy.

It seems to me that Jews usually took the most common surnames or upperclass surnames of the natives rather than going for unorthodox/creative surnames.

Pinto, D'Silva, D'Souza, Pereira, very very common names of Eurasians in Singapore.

I found it in a hebrew cognomix. There is not a hebrew equivalent. They use "Pinto" as it is used in the relevant countries. There are hebrew surnames which are spanish, portuguese, italian, french, german etc. For eample hebrews have surnames which trace their profession (Zapatero, Smith, etc., just as an example), or plants and flowers (Parra, Cerezo etc.) or their origin cities or nations (Rimini, Espana, Valencia etc.) or metals (Rubino, Goldin, Goldstein, Platero etc.). This in a brief resumen.

Sephardic Jews often took surnames that touched on nature for some reason (Pereira/Perera, Silva, Flores). Patronymic surnames appear (to me but I haven't looked deeply into it) less common.
