I've emailed GEDmatch about this but haven't received a response yet (but it's understandable, they are very busy):
How exactly to Phased Data Files on GEDmatch work, in regard to both matching segments and admixture calculators? I know they are produced using the child + parent, but i don't know exactly what is does, or how this affects the outcome?
Just wondered if anyone knew anything more about than me, as i know some people here are more heavily involved in this stuff on a technical level.
