I agree with what you have both said. That guy is in the band Simple Plan. Very popular in all of Canada.

I like them. They make a good anthropological sample for me to explore and look a bit different as a group from the common Anglo-American/Anglo-Canadian.

Formally, it's an Alpino-Med mix, which should make him a textbook Breton, but he has also a vaguely Irish-Scottish vibe (which is very widespread in Quebec):
