Bah! I'm really no good at introductory posts, but here goes.

My name is Brian, and I'm an Oklahoma. I became aware of and interested in European culture, history, mythology, ect. through my love of Heavy Metal music, which is perhaps my greatest passion in life. I also enjoy reading (mostly fantasy), playing video games, spending too much time on the internet, ect.

I'm quite happy to see places like this where we can be proud of who we are :).

How did I find this place? I believe I saw someone reference it on the Skadi forum, so I looked it up and now here I am!

My hobbies and interests? As I've already stated, Heavy Metal music, although it is not a mere hobby to me, but a way of life! And it was through this that I found a love for European culture, especially Germanic culture. It was through my discovery of Folk/Viking Metal that I found a love for the Viking culture and spirit. And I suppose one thing led to another, and now here I am!

Getting into preservation? This was due to my discovery of malicious lies I have been told about us "white" folk throughout my life (being told that we "whites" are just the "normal" "majority" and every other race/nationality/color/creed are the "exotic" "minority".). And now that I am aware of these untruths, I will rebel against them!
