A bit difficult because of her constantly smiling and the lacking of a side shot , I'd go for Keltic Nordid , not that common down there in the Balkans , cute and brave girl anyway.

Edit:I've found more pics on Yahoo

Yes, her phenotype is quite rare in the Balkans but nevertheless still exists. Keltic Nordid strains can be found in Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania, Bosnia and more so in Slovenia, Hungary, people with such rare phenotypes probably partially descend from Iron Age Celts that settled in the Balkans via 7 A.D.

Could be from the Franks :D Well I am from the Balkans and I don't think you have to go that way back in history.Plenty a Crusader have left their genetic mark through the Morava Valley on their way to Jerusalem and even settling from stories I've heard.I've seen plenty of natural redheads, male and female, believe me or not it doesn't really matter.

Umm, how about Keltic-Alpinid:embarrassed?

BTW, this is her father's promise: he said that if she win, he is going to make tattoo of her time at the top of his head. The guy is the man of the word

A light-pigmented East-Cromagnid/Alpinid type, nothing "keltic" about her.

I agree. Without the red hair, few would be suggesting Keltic.

And the thing that her father is half German means nothing?

It doesn't mean nothing, it just doesn't necessarily mean she should look 'keltic'. It seems likely she got her red hair from her father's German line, but in my opinion her features are morphologically not overtly 'keltic' - only her colouring.

I think otherwise , that if you weren't been told she's Serbian but say Scottish or Irish then you wouldn't have raised any doubt about her being Keltic Nordid.

No.Phenotypes are older than "nationalities".

Most likely.

I meant because of the Keltic genes in Germans...

Yes, maybe she got it from her mother.. Last year i met a girl who is almost identical and she is also from Pancevo, like Nadja, but that girl was Serbian...

Beograd? Serbs; Singidunum? Kelts :P

I agree, Russian pole-vaulter Svetlana Feofanova looks more Celtic IMO.

Classify another Serbo-German, Dragan Mance(Manze). He was the best striker in ex-Yugoslavia before dying in a car crash just shy of his 23rd birthday.

I see nothing Keltic Nordid about her at all. I'd venture to say that she's a robust Alpinid, similar to this fellow:

Compare with Tilda Swinton, who is more or less the perfect Keltic Nordid exemlar:

He looks more Balkan in my opinion, but could also pass for an Atlanto-Pontid German. Pontid influences exist in Germany from ancient Neolithic "Balkan" genetic markers and more recently older assimilated Slavs that brought the elements into East Germany on a lower level. Don't forget the Sorbs/Protoserbs that assimilated into Germany way back in the day.

I would agree with alpinid classifications. However, there is something from her that makes me suggest Celtic. I've never seen pigmentations like that in central/eastern Europe.

I can clearly see Alpine component, but also some exotic admix, maybe Turanid?

Surprinsingly nothing, I mean absolutely nothing Dinaric in her.

She looks like an Alpinid-East Baltic mix. Like a Breton-meets-Lithuanian combination.

Slavic can also have red hair, not just Celtic or Germanic people.

Yes, it can come about. It comes about in parents that are not red-headed at all, but are yet on the blonde side.
