Here is a thread where we can share significant stories about our great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Most of the stories are told in the memory books written by the close friends of him who witnessed the events.

The date is 1923...
Shortly after the victory of the War of Independence...
He's sitting down. The blonde wolf.
He doesn't like to eat much.
There are just roasted chickpeas on the board.
The waiter guy is trembling, because he's a Greek.
The great hero is calling him compassionately.
'' Vre Dimitri! '' he says.
'' Come here. ''
'' Yes, sir ? '' the waiter answers with a bad pronounce.
'' Your Costi... '' he says; referring to the Greek king Constantine;
'' Did he come here before ? ''
'' Yes, he did, sir. ''
'' Did he sit at this table ? ''
'' Yes he did, sir. ''
'' Did he drink Raki in the sunset ? ''
'' No, he didn't, sir. ''
'' So, didn't you ask him what the hell for he took Izmir ? ''
