I doubt an appropriate study as been done but I believe that Iberians have more people with true green eyes (very rare) than blue.

I think he looks über basque to me, but also north Atlantid......I'd say he's a cross b/w Kelto-Nordic and baskid, which IMHO are basically the same only one's a NW European version and the other a SW European version, in that order.
